I used to go to this place frecuently, but on my last visit I had a surprise with my bill, the lady who charged me at that time told me that on my last visit the amount that I was charged didn't go to the restaurant account, she asked me to pay that amount. I was very surprised, and I explained to her that I need to check my statement from my bank, because that last time that I went there when I use my card nothing happens the transaction was ok, I didn't get a declined transaction or something like that, so I told her that I was going to check that in my account and I was going to came back, but she got upset, and the wanted to charge me at that moment, I was with my family, and at that point the nice meal that we have turned into a very bad experience, I was upset, at one point she was rude, finally I left. The next day I went to see my bank account and the amount wasn't charge. The next morning when I was going work the lady from the restaurant showed in front of the place that I lived asking about the money. That was enough!!!, I was going work, the next day I went and I payed her, I was very upset.
As I mentioned at the beginning I really liked the place but what happened that day!!!, where is the customer services?????, I have been working as a customer services for more than 10 years and what she did was unrespectfull, First of all, it was not my fault that the money that I was charge didn't go to her account, because the transaction was ok, no declined was show, and after she wanted me to pay without checking my statement????,
